Biography
Jenny Nesbitt is a Great Britain and Wales athlete on the track, road and cross country. and represented Wales at the recent Gold Coast Commonwealth Games in 10,000m. Jenny shot to prominence when she beat Paula Radcliffe in the 2013 Worcester City 10km and since then has never looked back. Several GB representations later, including a European 10,000m Cup Bronze medal, together with two solid half marathons demonstrate a breadth of talent over different distances. Never not smiling, a focus on 10,000m on the track and distances up to half marathon under the guidance of long term coach David Walker is the plan for the future. Jenny is currently based in Bath combining her love for running with completing her Sports and Social Science degree. At the end of 2019 she had her best ever run at the Liverpool Cross Challenge at Sefton Park, earning selection to the 2019 European Cross Country Championships in Lisbon.
